Delivery

Any order requests placed after 1 PM PST will not be processed until the following day. There is no FedEx pick-up on weekends, so orders placed after 1 pm PST on Friday, will not be shipped out until Monday. 2-Day orders shipped on Thursdays will not be delivered on weekends and will arrive on a business day the following week. FedEx Priority Overnight for Saturday, or holiday delivery is not available. P.O. Box addresses cannot be used for shipping of gift cards or product. Please enter a physical mailing address. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed.

Return Policy

Returns

It is our hope that you will be completely satisfied with your order from Shop Ojai. We will give thoughtful consideration to your request for a return or exchange. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know. We will credit your original form of payment for eligible returns mailed within 30 days of the shipping date. Please note all skincare and bedding items are final sale. Clothing items that have been worn or laundered are not eligible for return.

If the item is an exchange, you will be contacted once the package is received for return shipping cost.
